One of our goals forย 2024 is to bring in 2 additional suppliers to our store, and today we are excited to announce our first one of the year!
โจ Onyx + Green/Blue
In May 2022, as we began molding our business from a simple handmade business to a fiber arts and gifting supply store, we always knew that Crafty Stars Studio would branch out to become a fully fledged craft store. While our store is still small we have big dreams for the future! We are still currently an online-only store but hopefully sometime in the future, we will beย open an in-store location so everyone can view our products in person before purchasing.ย
Onyx is committed to bringing ecologically friendly products and reasonably priced alternatives to regular stationery goods that are not so environmentally friendly. Their motto is "The Greener the Better" leads them to constantly seek out the latest eco-friendly innovations that can be used on a day to day basis.
๐๏ธ They do their best to contribute by using natural materials such as bamboo, jute, organic cotton, cork, sugar cane by-products and wheat straw. They make use of recycled materials such as newspapers, water bottles, juice cartons, stone, and grounded coffee beans. FSC paper is also used to help sustain forests to ensure proper harvesting standards.
We all need to do our part to reduce carbon emissions and seek sustainable alternatives! Climate change/global warming is getting worse across the world, year after year, and even small changes bring about a better tomorrow. Whether it's planting a small tree, cycling instead of driving, or turning the lights off after you leave a room. Every little bit helps and we love that Onyx is another company we can partner bring about a better world.
