Unfettered Co, just like our other suppliers, loves having the environment in mind when selling their products. They create their bundles of cord with 100% recycled textiles, separated by color and blended to create a uniform color that doesn't require dyes. You may find minuscule freckles of colors throughout the cords that add a hint of uniqueness to the roll. It's a great reminder of your journey to prevent more waste to the environment by using materials recreated rather than virgin-made.
3PLY rope can bring a lot of variety, from beginner projects and all the way to experts. There are many different ways you can use it, from creating it using the rope look or breaking it down into a single brushed-out cord or leaving it in 'noodle form', it's completely up to you!
You will also find this rope is soft and a great feeling to your hands 🩷 (which is always a bonus!) this 4mm cord is the most versatile and beginner-friendly cotton that UnfetteredCo offers!
🧶 Please note that the color can be slightly different when looking at different screens or due to the manufacturing of recycled cotton rolls. We try our best to make sure the colors are as accurate as possible. Rope thickness can vary from color to color and batch to batch, this is the nature of recycled cotton.

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping Within Canada: $15 flat fee with $1 per extra item.
Shipping Within the USA: $20 flat fee with $1 per extra item.
International Shipping: At this time, we have suspended international shipping due to high shipping costs. If you would like to purchase something but are okay with paying the high shipping fees, please contact us for more info!
Local Delivery: Ottawa, ON
We have partnered with GopherIt Deliveries, a local delivery service who can bring your orders to you! Please read our FAQ to make sure your postal code qualifies! (Ottawa & Gatineau region) All deliveries now have a flat $10 fee but the coverage is significantly larger than it used to be!
Please note that your name, phone number, and address (with apt number/buzzer) will be shared with GopherIt to facilitate your delivery. We will coordinate with you the best day for delivery and please ensure you are home to accept the order on the chosen day/timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please be aware that at this time, we are NOT able to offer returns or exchanges. If you realize you ordered an incorrect color/item after purchasing, send us an email straight away at craftystarsstudio@gmail.com and let us know before your order is shipped out. Once the waybill has been created, this option is no longer available as your order has been shipped out.
For many of our cords, we offer the chance to purchase smaller bundles of colors/styles. This is a great lower-cost option to try out the cord that you are interested in but are not sure about. If we have none in stock of an option you want but we have full bundles in stock, send us an email and let us know! We'll cut the color you are interested in, we'll get some cut and put them in stock!
As our business grows, we do hope to offer an exchange/return program but sadly we are not able to accommodate these requests at this time. We hope you understand!
