The Bobbiny color palette flip card containsĀ the majority ofĀ colors in 5mm braided cord form. (limited edition colors are currently not included) On the last card, you can find an example board of each style of cord and that will give you an idea of the sizes.Ā

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping Within Canada: $15 flat fee with $1 per extra item.
Shipping Within the USA: $20 flat fee with $1 per extra item.
International Shipping: At this time, we have suspended international shipping due to high shipping costs. If you would like to purchase something but are okay with paying the high shipping fees, please contact us for more info!
Local Delivery: Ottawa, ON
We have partnered with GopherIt Deliveries, a local delivery service who can bring your orders to you! Please read ourĀ FAQĀ to make sure your postal code qualifies!Ā (Ottawa & Gatineau region)Ā All deliveries now have a flat $10 fee but the coverage is significantly larger than it used to be!
Please note that your name, phone number, and address (with apt number/buzzer) will be shared with GopherIt to facilitate your delivery. We will coordinate with you the best day for delivery and please ensure you are home to accept the order on the chosen day/timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please be aware that at this time, weĀ areĀ NOTĀ ableĀ to offer returns or exchanges. If you realize you ordered an incorrect color/item after purchasing, send us an email straight away at craftystarsstudio@gmail.com and let us know before your order is shipped out. Once the waybill has been created, this option is no longer available as yourĀ order has beenĀ shipped out.
For many of our cords, we offer the chance to purchase smaller bundles of colors/styles. This is a great lower-cost option to try out the cord that you are interested in but are not sure about. If we have none in stock of an option you want but we have full bundles in stock, send us an email and let us know! We'll cut the color you are interested in, we'll get some cut and put them in stock!
As our business grows, we do hope to offer an exchange/return program but sadly we are not able to accommodate these requests at this time. We hope you understand!Ā

Delivery was only 4 days from when I placed the ordered. Picture is Hoooked Sandy Ecru and Dried Herb. I used qty 1 of each to make this 9" round by 9.5" planter cover.
